Mutual Obligations

An insurance policy is a legal contract, specifying performance between the parties entering into the contract -- in this case, between you and Florida Family. The insurance policy spells out our mutual obligations, but don't worry -- most of this is common sense stuff!

If you've had a loss, simply call your agent. Or, call our claims department at 1-888-486-HOME (4663) for a live person who can answer your questions and also tell you what you can expect from Florida Family.
