Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints from policyholders, lienholders and agents on a full range of subjects including, but not limited to, policy coverage, payment reconciliation, company policy, agent authority, and technical insurance issues.
Requirements:
• Promptly answers incoming phone calls Provides timely, complete and accurate explanations to all questions and issues
• Completes an average of 60 calls per day
• Concludes all inquires to the customer's satisfaction
• Inputs data into computer to process endorsements, cancellations or other policy documents
• Strong telephone and communication skills
• One to two years customer service or insurance company/agency experience
• Ability to verbally explain moderately complex topics to others
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle a variety of projects at one time
• Minimum 35 wpm typing speed required
• Familiarity and understanding of ISO forms preferred
• Insurance industry experience preferred
Bilingual a plus. Salary is dependent upon experience.
